This set was actually meant to have been done instead of "the folky gibbon" form the first set of videos, but both of my spare snares had no batter heads on them so i just left it as i wanted the whole side snare thing going on. I mean this in a respectful way but there is only a certain amount of trad bands throughout scotland which can be covered. And what i mean by that is that there is loads of amazing bands, but alot have the bass in the mix very low or non existent which makes the drum covers sound very dry and empty. I have recorded sets by Flook, session A9, and the Battlefield Band(All of whom are amazing and you should check out) But i genuinely felt i was not doing any of these sets or bands justice so i decided to leave it!
